This DUAL CREDIT/ARTICULATION AGREEMENT is between Texarkana College (TC), and Hooks Independent School District, pursuant to the applicable Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) rules, Texas Education Code state statutes, and respective governing board policies for each institution. The purpose of this agreement is to provide eligible high school students the opportunity to enroll in and complete authorized dual credit college courses at approved sites, which enable successful students the opportunity to earn both high school and college credit.
