The Board has recognized the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc., Local 1000, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, hereafter known as the “CSEA” or the “UNION”, as the exclusive collective negotiations representative of the employees of the Dobbs Ferry Clerical, Teacher Aide/Teaching Assistants Unit.
