Non-Profit Groups: To be considered a non-profit group of Waukee, you must have a 501(c)(3) corporation duly formed and existing pursuant to the State of Iowa which maintains its principal place of business in the City of Waukee, Iowa; or the group is a Waukee senior group (members age 62 or greater) consisting of no less than 20 members who are residents of the City of Waukee.
