The City of Hanford (“City”) and the Service Employees International Unit (“SEIU Local 521”) hereby enter into this Side Agreement to amend the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between the City and SEIU Local 521. This Side Agreement to the MOU amends Section 2.14 “Uniforms and Allowances” to remove Building Inspector I/II from the list of City-supplied uniforms and effective the first full pay-period in July 2021 provides employees assigned to the position of Building Inspector I/II with a uniform allowance ($800).
