THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 23rd of January, 2009 by and between the City of Ocean City, in the County of Cape May, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, hereinafter called the "City", and the International Association of EMT’s and Paramedics (IAEP) Local R3/347, hereinafter called the "Association", represents the complete and final understanding on all bargainable issues between the City and the Association.
