The Agreement entered into this day of , 2014 by and between the TOWNSHIP OF TEANECK, in the County of Bergen, New Jersey, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, hereinafter called the “Township” and the FIREMEN’S MUTUAL BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION, LOCAL #42 OF TEANECK, hereinafter called the “Association” represents the complete and final understanding on all bargainable issues between the Township and the Association. This Agreement is intended to maintain and promote a harmonious relationship between the Township and such of its employees who are within the provisions of this Agreement in order that more efficient and progressive public services may be rendered.
