Copper Leaf Clubhouse Rental Contract:Clubhouse Rental Contract • December 3rd, 2019
I, , understand that I am responsible and liable for any damages and all cleaning required by the Copper Leaf HOA Cleaning checklist provided on-site. If I do not comply there will be a fee assessed. The amount assessed will vary depending on the damage/violation. It is my responsibility to do a walk through prior to my event and take pictures of any damages (i.e.: marks on the furniture from pens or markers, scratches on furniture, broken furniture) and anything that is not cleaned or goes against the cleaning checklist, etc., and email pictures to kylie@maplesproperties.com. If I fail to do so and the next person who rents the clubhouse and sends pictures with the damage/violation, it will fall back on me even if I was not responsible for the violation. I am aware that I have to turn in my signed contract with the forty ($40) dollar non-refundable fee before I will have access to the clubhouse.
