into this day of May, 2022 by and between FIRELIGHT DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Utah corporation, SRC LAND HOLDINGS, LLC, a Utah limited liability company and T-VILLE DREAMZ, LLC, a Utah limited liability company and their successors and assigns (collectively “Developer”) and TOQUERVILLE CITY, a Utah municipal corporation (“City”). Throughout this Agreement, the Developer and the City may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as “the Parties”.
