This Second Amendment to the Executive Officer At-Will Employment Agreement (“Second Amendment”) of Mark Brown is made and entered into between the Marin Wildfire Prevention Authority (“Authority”) and Mark Brown, an individual (“Brown” or “Executive Officer”). The Authority and the Executive Officer are sometimes individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.” This Second Amendment shall be effective upon adoption by the Board of Directors of the Authority.
