PREAMBLEPreamble • March 18th, 2014 • WisconsinThis Agreement is made and entered into by and between the City of West Bend, Wisconsin, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", and the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 139, hereinafter referred to as the "Union", on behalf of and covering only the full time employees of the Employer’s Engineering Department in the classification of Engineering Technician. This excludes employees in supervisory, professional, managerial, executive, secretarial/clerical, City Surveyor, Engineer and confidential employee positions.
