This Agreement is between Marywood University (University) and the individual student (student). Marywood University agrees to provide a space in University housing and a dining plan for the academic year. The student (parent, guardian, or other guarantor if the student is under 18 years of age) accepts the terms and conditions of the Agreement as outlined below.
