This Housing and Dining Agreement (the “Agreement”) serves to enroll the Student in Oberlin College’s (the “College”) Housing and Dining Program that is an integral and required component of an Oberlin education. In choosing this residential college, the Student agrees to accept the following principles, terms, and conditions, and to be responsible for all associated fees. All Students enrolled in Oberlin College are generally required to pay the Room and Board fees and to live and take meals in College housing and dining halls.

Housing and Dining Agreement 2011-2012 Academic Year

This Agreement is between Marywood University (“University”) and the individual Student or Parent, Guardian, or other Guarantor (collectively “Student”) if the Student is under 18 years of age. The University agrees to provide Student with space in University housing and a dining plan for the academic year provided that Student accepts the terms and conditions of the Agreement below.

The following Terms and Conditions are included as part of the agreement between Missouri Western State University, hereinafter, referred to as “MWSU” and the students of MWSU housing. The term “student” shall mean the applicant (parent or guardian if under the age of 18) guaranteeing this agreement. This is an agreement for housing and dining accommodations. The student cannot apply for housing only; the student must select a dining plan. The student agrees to pay the room and board at the rate as specified by MWSU. MWSU reserves the right to increase these charges at the beginning of any semester. Notification of any such increase will be given at least fifteen (15) calendar days before the start of the semester for which the rate increase is applicable.
