KYLE “FIRST YEAR ON US” PROGRAM – Kindred Animal Hospital (the "Agreement") is entered into to be effective as of the 7th day of April, 2020 (the "Effective Date"), by and between the City of Kyle, Texas (the "City"), a Texas home rule municipal corporation and Heather N. Bunting DVM PC dba Kindred Animal Hospital (the "Company"). The City and the Company are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
