 I agree to perform my duties while working remotely and understand that working remotely is a work alternative that may be approved, modified or terminated by my supervisor at any time when, in their judgment, it affects service to constituents or the operation of the department. I may end this arrangement and have the option to return to my former in-office work pattern if remote working is not conducive to meeting constituent needs.
