THIS AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO FUND PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (“Amendment”) is made as of this 1st day of September 2013, by and between AXA EQUITABLE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY (the “Company”), MONY LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY (“MONY”), MONY LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA (“MLOA”), AMERICAN CENTURY INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, INC. (“Adviser”) and AMERICAN CENTURY INVESTMENT SERVICES, INC. (“Distributor”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement (defined below).
