THE HIRER SHALL HAVE THE USE OF The main hall – the kitchen – the toilets All tables and chairs in the furniture store, which is accessed by a key hanging to the right of the mirrors. Chairs and tables may be borrowed but please take care of them and return them to where they are stored when you have finished using them. Thank you. THE HIRER SHALL ENSURE THAT Number of persons - the maximum number allowed in the Hall by law is 281 including maximum 120 seated. A list of guests (invitation only) must be held by the hirer. Adequate Adult Supervision - we strongly advise one adult per 5 children is in attendance during the function. Walls and paintwork and furniture and equipment – are not damaged Blinds - are pulled up and down gently Exit signs – the three illuminated signs must be switched on during all public performances. Electrical Equipment – equipment brought into the Hall must be PAT tested. Security Deposit of £100 – is payable in advance along with the hire fee. Hire
