This Collective Bargaining Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 24th day of April, 2020, between the Board of Trustees of the San Mateo Union High School District (“District”) and the San Mateo Adult School Federation of Teachers (“Federation”). This Agreement is entered into pursuant to Chapter 10.7, Sections 3540-3549 of the government code, and effective from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022. This Agreement shall supersede any rules, regulations, or practices of the District that are contrary to, or inconsistent with, its terms. Any individual contract between the District and individual members of the bargaining unit (as defined in Article II) shall be subject to and consistent with the terms of this Agreement. Within forty-five (45) working days of the ratification of this Agreement, the District shall post the most current collective bargaining agreement on the District’s website.
