This Letter Agreement is entered into effective this 18th day of February, 2021 by and between National Association of Catholic Chaplains (“NACC”), fiscal sponsor of Catholic Prison Ministries Coalition (“CPMC”), and the Archdiocese of Seattle, Washington (“Archdiocese”) about Joseph Cotton (“Cotton”) (collectively the “Parties”).
