NOTE: In assigning booth space, preference will be given to exhibitors that had the space the previous year if the contract is received by January 4, 2019, and paid in full. Locations and space rentals are shown in the Trade Show Exhibitor Manual. Please indicate location preference by appropriate numbers. Selections should be in different areas to enhance your chances. Management reserves the right to assign exhibitors to the best alternate space in the event that none of the exhibitor’s choices are available, or to make reasonable changes in space assignment for the benefit of the exhibitor or the betterment of the exhibition. The exposition is for educational and informational purposes. All exhibits should be related to the beef/cattle industry.
