The California School Employees Association (CSEA) and its South Orange County Community College District Chapter 586, in accordance with Article 21 Negotiations of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) notifies the South Orange County Community College District (District) of CSEA’s intent to modify or amend the CBA per Article 21. Additional articles may be opened by mutual agreement of the parties. CSEA desires to alter or amend the articles indicated below. In accordance with Government Code §3547, CSEA presents its initial proposal for a new collective bargaining term for public discussion.
