KYLE “FIRST YEAR ON US” PROGRAM – Feras Abuhweij (the "Agreement") is entered into to be effective as of the 16th day of November, 2021 (the "Effective Date"), by and between the City of Kyle, Texas (the "City"), a Texas home rule municipal corporation and Lamyaco, an LLC (the "Owner"). The City and the Owner are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
