This Development Agreement for The Northline PUD (this "Agreement") is made and entered into to be effective the date set forth below by and between the CITY OF LEANDER, TEXAS, a Texas home rule municipal corporation (the "City"), and AREA LEANDER 1 LP, a Texas limited partnership (the “Developer”).
