This contract is made as of the first day of August 2024 between The Buffalo News Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lee Enterprises Inc. (“The News”), and The Newspaper Guild of Buffalo, Local 31026, The Newspaper Guild/CWA, AFL-CIO, (“the Guild”), for itself and on behalf of the employees described in Article 1. The News recognizes the Guild as the sole and exclusive agent for all the employees covered by this contract subject, however, to any provisions of this contract to the contrary.
