Nueces County intends to enter into an Intergovernmental Support Agreement (“IGSA”) with Naval Air Station Corpus Christi (“NASCC”) and the Department of the Navy to provide water utility installation and maintenance goods and services to NASCC as may be required by the Navy. We will provide these goods and services both through our own organic capability within the County Public Works Department and through vendors on contract with Nueces County. All contracts awarded by Nueces County are awarded on a competitive basis in accordance with Nueces County policy and the laws of the State of Texas.
