THIS AGREEMENT is entered into to be effective January 1, 2020 by and between the City of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, hereinafter referred to as "City" and the Fond du Lac City Employees Union, Local 1366, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the "Union".
