This Agreement entered into this 22nd day of December, 2003, by and between the BOROUGH OF BUENA, (hereinafter called the "BOROUGH") and TEAMSTERS LOCAL UNION NO. 676, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (hereinafter referred to as the "UNION") has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the BOROUGH and the UNION; the establishment of an equitable procedure for the resolution of grievances; and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment; and represents the complete and final understanding on all bargainable issues between the BOROUGH and the UNION. This agreement is entered into pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 303, Laws of 1968 (N.J.S.A. 34:13A-5.1 et seq. and as amended) of the State of New Jersey.
