Seller desires to sell, and Buyer desires to purchase, all of Seller’s right, title and interest in the real property and improvements thereupon located at 700 North Edwards Boulevard, Lake Geneva, WI 53147, as more particularly described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto (the “Property”).

THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of November 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between AEI INCOME & GROWTH FUND 26 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Seller”) and DWIGHT E. WAGNER and KAE G. WAGNER, husband and wife (collectively, “Buyer”). Seller desires to sell, and Buyer desires to purchase, all of Seller’s right, title and interest in the real property and improvements thereupon located at 5859 N Hwy 45 Alt Route, West Point, MS 39773, as more particularly described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto (the “Property”).

Seller desires to sell, and Buyer desires to purchase, all of Seller’s right, title and interest in the real property and improvements thereupon located at 9076 Kingston Road, Shreveport, LA 71118 as more particularly described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto (the “Property”).
