Contract Type FiledMay 9th, 2017This Service Level Agreement (the “SLA”) sets forth the standards that will apply to the Application Services. The SLA is incorporated in and governed by the terms of the Blaze Portfolio Application Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between Customer and Blaze. Unless expressly provided for in this SLA, in the event of a conflict between the provisions contained in the Agreement and those contained in this SLA, the provisions contained in the Agreement shall prevail. Terms not otherwise defined in this SLA shall have the meaning as set forth in the Agreement.
