This Agreement is entered into this day of , 20 by and between, _ Developer, General Contractor and/or Project Management Firm (collectively referred to herein as “Contractor”), acting on its behalf and on behalf of all “Contractors” as herein defined, and the Northwestern Ohio Building & Construction Trades Council (“NWOBCTC”), acting on its own behalf and on behalf of all affiliates and members whose names are subscribed hereto, and who have, through their duly authorized officers, executed this Agreement, (“Union”) with respect to the construction of the City of Toledo’s project located in County, Ohio (“Project”).
