This Agreement entered into by and between the City of Dover, New Hampshire, hereinafter referred to as the "City" or the "Employer", and all active members of the Dover Police Association on the date this Agreement is executed, hereinafter referred to as the "Association" or "Employee", has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the City and the Association, and the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences arising between them conceming those matters addressed by the terms of this Agreement.
