This Amended and Restated Chapter 380 Economic Development Incentive Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and among the City of Corinth, Texas, a home rule municipality (the “City”), the Corinth Economic Development Corporation, a Type B corporation organized under the Development Corporation Act (Chapters 501 and 505 of the Texas Local Government Code) (the “CEDC”), RCM Corinth Land LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“RCM - CL”), and Realty Capital Management, L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company, (“RCM”)(RCM-CL and RCM are collectively the “Developer”) acting by and through their respective authorized officers and representatives. The City, the CEDC, and the Developer may also be referred to collectively as the “Parties,” or individually as a “Party.”
