This Development Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into this day of November 2021, by and between Highland Lofts, LLC. (“Developer”), for the land to be included in or affected by the project located at approximately 4080, 4088, and 4090 South Highland Drive in Millcreek Utah, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah (“City”). The Developer and the City are sometimes referred to as the “Parties.”
