This NFT Purchase and License Agreement (this “Agreement”), is a legally binding agreement by and between Planet5E and: (i) you as a participant in the P l a n e t 5 E Collectible Sale (defined below); and (ii) any subsequent owner(s) of a Planet5E Collectible (defined below) (collectively and as applicable, “You” and “Your”). Planet5E and You may be referred to throughout this Agreement collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
