Nfinita and each Purchaser may be referred to throughout this Agreement collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”. This Agreement governs the rights and obligations with respect to an OnChainMonkey. By purchasing an OnChainMonkey, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
