The trainee must read, sign and date this Agreement at the commencement of each training year in accordance with the RANZCOG Regulations. The document must be attached and submitted to an application for Prospective Approval of Training or Extended Leave, six (6) weeks of the date of commencement of the Training Program in each training year.
