THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2015, between the State of Montana, Department of Revenue, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer," and the Montana Public Employees Association (MPEA) and Montana Education Association - Montana Federation of Teachers (MEA-MFT), hereinafter referred to as the "Union". The above parties agree that the purposes of this Agreement are: to promote sound working relationships between the Employer, the employees and the Union; to provide an orderly means for resolving grievances under the Agreement; and to ensure efficient operation of state government and the continuous provision of vital public services.
