Marshalltown Community School District (hereinafter “MCSD”) is providing in its offer of employment a moving expense reimbursement not to exceed $2,500 (less applicable withholdings and deductions), to [Employee name], who currently does not reside within the Marshalltown Community School District boundaries. This amount will be reimbursed to [Employee name] upon relocation within the Marshalltown Community School District boundaries and submission of receipts for qualified expenses within thirty-six months of employment start date. This moving expense reimbursement is not available for anyone currently residing within MCSD boundaries.
