THIS AGREEMENT is between the SHERIFF OF BREVARD COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as the “Sheriff”, “BCSO” or “Agency”); and the COASTAL FLORIDA POLICE BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION, INC.; (hereinafter referred to as the "Association" or “PBA”) representing the employees in the bargaining units certified by the Public Employees Relations Commission as Certification Number 1555. As used in this Agreement, the terms “Agency or BCSO” shall mean the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office.
