The City of Gastonia approved its most recent amendment to the Master Development Agreement with Lansing Melbourne Group (LMG) at the Tuesday, October 6, 2020 City Council meeting. As part of the master development agreement, the City will lease the 1,800 sq. ft. outparcel building at Trenton Mill to serve as office space and/or team store for the Gastonia Honey Hunters baseball team. LMG has agreed to lease the outparcel building at Trenton Mill to the City for ten years at a cost of $1,000 per year.
