As part of the master development agreement, the City will lease the 1,800 sq. ft. outparcel building at Trenton Mill to serve as office space and/or team store for the Gastonia Honey Hunters baseball team. LMG has agreed to lease the outparcel building at Trenton Mill to the City for ten years at a cost of $1,000 per year.
