The purpose of this document is to describe the scope of work and the responsibilities of Kimley-Horn and associates, Inc. (Kimley-Horn) the City of Winter Haven (CITY), for the preparation of construction documents for complete street design enhancements for Avenue K NE for the CITY. Proposed complete street improvements generally consist of improvements to the roadway, minor drainage improvements, pedestrian connectivity and crossing movements, and realignment of the West Lake Martha Drive and Avenue K NE intersection.
