This Fourth Amendment to the Game Development Agreement (this “Fourth Amendment”) is made and entered into as of July 6, 2020 with effect from May 1, 2020 (the “Fourth Amendment Effective Date”), by and between Leyou Technologies Holdings Limited, a company established under the laws of the Cayman Islands (“Leyou”) and Certain Affinity, Inc., a corporation established under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Contractor”). Leyou and Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each as a “Party”.
