This Amendment to the Game Development Agreement (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into as of May 4, 2018 (“Effective Date”), by and between Leyou Technologies Holdings Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands (“Leyou”), and Certain Affinity, Inc, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Contractor”, together with Leyou, the “Parties” and each a “Party”).

This Third Amendment to the Game Development Agreement (this “Third Amendment”) is made and entered into as of November 13, 2019 (the “Third Amendment Effective Date”), by and between Leyou Technologies Holdings Limited, a company established under the laws of the Cayman Islands (“Leyou”) and Certain Affinity, Inc., a corporation established under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Contractor”). Leyou and Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each a “Party”.
