I/We understand that this expression of interest has no legal force and is provided to us simply to allow for contracts to be prepared and executed if the apartment is available at the time of receipt of this form. I/We acknowledge that neither party is bound by this document and this ‘hold’ will lapse if we do not return the executed contracts and the balance of the deposit to the seller within 14 days of receiving them from I.A. Project Marketing Pty Ltd or its agents. I/We understand that in the event of a contract not being executed our holding deposit would be refunded in full.
