This Agreement, made and entered into this seventh day of June, 2008, at Madison, Wisconsin, pursuant to the provisions of s. 111.80-111.97, Wis. Stats., by and between the State of Wisconsin and its Agencies (hereinafter referred to as the Employer), represented by the Office of State Employment Relations; and AFSCME, Council 24, Wisconsin State Employees Union, AFL-CIO, and its appropriate affiliated locals (hereinafter referred to as the Union), as representative of employees employed by the State of Wisconsin (as set forth specifically in the Recognition Clause).
