All Farrell Area School District students in grades three (3) through twelve (12) will be issued a Chromebook for educational use during the school day, on school grounds. Optionally, the parent or legal guardian may choose to agree to allow the student to take the Chromebook off school grounds and into their home. This agreement is to ensure that the Chromebook issued by the district will be used in an appropriate manner and kept in its original condition, except for normal wear and tear. If the device, its case, power adapter and cord, and all other accessories are not returned in their original condition, except for normal wear and tear, the parent or legal guardian of the student will be financially responsible for any and all costs for repair or replacement of the device.
