THIS AGREEMENT is made this day of January 2021, by and between the CITY OF COLUMBUS, a Minnesota municipal corporation (the “City”), and LOVE’S TRAVEL STOPS & COUNTRY STORES, INC., an Oklahoma corporation (“Developer”).
