In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Ames Research Center, located at Moffett Field, CA 94035 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA ARC") and Lockheed Martin Corporation, a Maryland corporation, acting through Lockheed Martin Space with offices located at 12257 S Wadsworth Blvd, Littleton, CO 80125-8504 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "LM"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties.”

NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties.”
