The following Scope of Services is an Amendment to the January 10, 2023 Consulting Engineering Agreement between Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (the “Engineer” or “Kimley-Horn”) and the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) of Sumter County, Florida (the “BOARD”) related to the Design and Permitting for SR 44 & CR 229 Signalization Improvements (the “Project”). All terms and conditions of that Agreement remain in full force and effect except as modified herein.
