The objectives of this Agreement are to maintain a harmonious and co-operative relationship between the Company, its employees and Teamsters Local Union No. 464; to promote the utmost co-operation consistent with the express rights of the Parties to this Agreement; to foster a friendly spirit between the Parties; to allow effective and efficient operation of the Company’s business to ensure its financial health, subject to the provisions of this Agreement; to provide an amicable and equitable method of settling grievances or differences arising from the provisions of this Agreement; to maintain mutually satisfactory working conditions, hours of work and wages for all employees, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
